Personalized, small-group guidance.
-
One-on-one tutor, upon request.

Citizenship Program
This program is for adults who want to become U.S. citizens. A citizenship case manager helps with the citizenship application and fee waiver if you qualify. They also provide full legal representation and case management through the application process. We can also give referrals for legal advice to help with the citizenship process. You do not need to be enrolled in our Citizenship class to use this program. Our staff are accredited by the Department of Justice to provide immigration legal services.
You must have your Lawful Permanent Resident card (LPR or green card) and be planning to apply for citizenship to receive citizenship services at Literacy Source. It is our priority to provide citizenship assistance to low-income adults who live in the city of Seattle. For more information about who is eligible to apply for U. S. citizenship, visit the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services Website.
Our Citizenship Program is funded by the City of Seattle’s Office of Immigrant and Refugee Affairs to provide citizenship assistance to low-income adults who live in the city of Seattle, those who live in Seattle Housing Authority housing, and people who receive benefits from DSHS.
We offer classes and legal referrals to those who do not qualify for our legal services.
